Jackson’s Bakery contacted us at Mango EV after experiencing ongoing issues with their existing EV charger. Following the introduction of a new EV company car scheme, reliable charging infrastructure became essential. However, their BP Pulse charger was no longer operational and, with the unit out of warranty and no support available, a solution was required quickly.
Upon arriving on site, our engineer confirmed that the BP Pulse unit was faulty, and, with no available repair solution, a full replacement was required. We designed a solution using a VCHRGD unit that would integrate seamlessly into the existing charger location and provide a reliable solution.
Mango EV was able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, allowing staff to make full use of the new EV company car scheme.
